We are currently seeking an individual to take on the responsibility of developing our Energy and Industries activities in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region. The successful candidate will be accountable for commercial development, recruitment, team management, and financial management of their unit.

Commercial Development:

• Contribute to the company’s development strategy
• Build a client portfolio
• Prospect and meet with new clients
• Understand client needs and propose technical solutions
• Develop service offers
• Negotiate contracts

Recruitment:

• Recruit a team of consulting engineers
• Identify and attract talent
• Source on platforms and various social networks
• Conduct interviews during the recruitment process

Team Management:

• Manage the career paths of consultants
• Support the professional and personal development of consultants
• Assist companies through strategic projects in technical assistance, project management, consultancy, auditing, and/or training

Financial Management:

• Manage their unit/profit center and projects
• Responsible for the performance of their team’s projects.
