As part of a team of experts in industrialization, you will contribute to the development of production processes and the optimization of manufacturing operations for a space program.

Your role will include:

• Defining the requirements and functions of special machines, in collaboration with project teams and suppliers
• Assessing existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing solutions to increase productivity
• Writing the technical specifications of the need
• Managing relationships with suppliers
• Monitoring the design and manufacture of machines
• Developing Methods: Designing and developing efficient working methods, operating ranges, and work instructions to optimize production
• Project Management: Leading process improvement projects, planning, executing, and tracking optimization initiatives
